An unusual dish, one that Grandpa Grant discovered and made
Topping:
Fry onion, pepper and garlic in oil. Set aside
Brown mince and stir in flour and seasoning.
Add olives and raisins, and return the onion mixture. Place in casserole dish.
For the topping, fry onion then mix in remaining ingredients. Spoon over meat and bake at 180 C for 20 - 25 minutes, or till golden brown.
