Filling
Bread:
Combine water, yeast and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and knead well.
Divide into balls about the size of a ping pong ball. Rise an hour.
Roll out, fill with filling, add a teaspoon of cheese. Pinch closed underneath and place on a greased sheet. Rise for 15 minutes. Bake 350°F for 20 - 30 minutes. Can be glazed with egg and seeds.
Filling:
Brown meat and onion.
Cook the rest together, except cheese.
Cool.
