Ingredients
•
1 kg diced leftover meat (any kind/mixed)
•
2 c chopped tomatoes
•
½ c chopped red peppers
•
1 c chopped green peppers
•
¾ c diced onion
•
1 c chopped carrots
•
2 c chopped potatoes
•
1 bay leaf
•
¼ - ½ c Worchester sauce
•
2 c sweet corn kernels
•
Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, stock)
Instructions
Cover chopped meat with water and boil. Add vegetables, adjust seasoning and cook for an hour. Best served the day after cooking.
