Chili

Ingredients

  • • 1 clove garlic
  • • 2 onions, chopped
  • • 2 T oil
  • • 800g mince
  • • 2 tins tomatoes
  • • 1 tin tomato puree
  • • 2 T chili
  • • ½ t vinegar
  • • 1 t salt
  • • 3 c beans
  • • 2 cloves
  • • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Brown mince. Mix all ingredients together in a pot and simmer for an hour. Add water as necessary. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
