Korean Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

  • • 1 med potato per person, peeled/grated
  • • seasoning
  • • bacon
  • • carrot
  • • onion
  • • green pepper
  • • or any meat or vegetable
  • • egg to mix

Instructions

Mix grated potato and any other meat or vegetable, very finely chopped or grated. Season and add egg to mix. Spoon mixture onto griddle with shallow oil. Press down. Fry till well browned. Serve with soya sauce and sesame oil (or crushed seeds).
