Creamy Potato Hotpot

Ingredients
- • 1 onion, chopped
- • 1/8 c margarine
- • ¼ c flour
- • 2 c milk
- • 120g cheese
- • 1 t mustard
- • 1 t Worchester sauce
- • 1 t marjoram
- • 1 t mixed herbs
- • seasoning
- • 700g cooked and chunked potatoes
Instructions
Fry bacon and onion. Melt margarine, add flour and cook. Add milk, cook till thick and smooth. Add cheese etc. Pour over potatoes, onion and bacon. Mix well and bake at 200 C for 20 - 30 minutes.
