Ooh La La Potatoes

A rich scalloped potato dish.

Ingredients

  • 6 med potatoes
  • 1 c grated cheese
  • 6 T butter, melted
  • ¾ c sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 t salt
  • ¼ t pepper

Instructions

Par cook potatoes. Cool and grate.

Gently blend all ingredients, without mushing the potato, and spoon into a casserole dish.

Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
