Oriental Pick Up Sticks

Oven roasted potato wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 potatoes, unpeeled and wedged
  • ½ c margarine melted
  • ¼ c soy sauce
  • Crushed cornflakes
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

Place wedged potatoes in casserole dish, skin side down.

Combine margarine and soy and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cornflakes and sesame seeds.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes, or till lightly browned and cooked through.
