Honey-mustard Sauce for Fish

A tasty topping for plain fish.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of fish (Swai or other white fish)

Sauce:

  • 30 ml honey
  • 1 ½ T mayo
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T mustard
  • 1 t lemon juice

Instructions

Mix sauce ingredients together.

Wrap salted fish in foil pockets, tenting the foil, and covering with the sauce.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Open the foil and lightly grill the fish to finish, and serve.
