Delicious recipe for Snoek on the grill.

Ingredients
- 3 T butter
- 3 T oil
- 1 T apricot jam
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 T lemon
Instructions
Heat together.
Use to brush over snoek on the braai.
Sufficient for 1 large snoek.
