Empanadas De Carne

A Paraguayan snack pie. Can be baked or fried.

Ingredients

  • 500g minced beef
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • cumin
  • Hard boiled eggs

Instructions

Brown mince, and cook remaining ingredients together. Cool slightly.

Spoon into empanada shells and seal well.

Deep fry or bake, as directed by the shells.
