Bolonaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • • 1 kg mince
  • • 1 clove garlic
  • • 2 T sugar
  • • Oil to fry
  • • 1 c chopped onion
  • • ¼ c chopped pepper
  • • 1 c chopped carrots
  • • Chopped parsley
  • • Chopped celery
  • • 1 tin tomato paste
  • • 1 T salt
  • • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • • 1 T vinegar
  • • 1 t each ginger, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, mixed spices,

Instructions

Brown meat. Simmer all together for 2 hours. Add water as necessary. Serve with spaghetti and cheese.
