1 kg mince

1 clove garlic

2 T sugar

Oil to fry

1 c chopped onion

¼ c chopped pepper
•
1 c chopped carrots
•
Chopped parsley
•
Chopped celery
•
1 tin tomato paste
•
1 T salt
•
Pinch cayenne pepper
•
1 T vinegar
•
1 t each ginger, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, mixed spices,
Instructions
Brown meat. Simmer all together for 2 hours. Add water as necessary. Serve with spaghetti and cheese.
