A tasty casserole with Mexican hints.
Fry mince, then fry onions and garlic.
Add seasonings, beans, and tomato.
In a large casserole dish, layer meat sauce alternately with spinach leaves.
Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese half way through cooking time.
Serve with rice, or add cooked pasta to the casserole.
Serve with sour cream or cream cheese.
