Ingredients
- • 3 (4½) c self-rising flour
- • 2 (3) c sugar
- • 1 (1½) T baking powder
- • 1½ (2¼) c milk
- • ½ (¾) c butter
- • 1½ (2¼) t vanilla
- • 2 (3) eggs
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, margarine and vanilla. Beat till combined, then on high for two minutes. Add eggs and beat well. Pour into large sized rectangular dish and bake at 180 for 25 to 30 minutes.
