Found this looking for the Starbucks recipe for lemon pound cake. It is not right, but still very good.
Cake:
Glaze:
Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Combine sugar and zest, then add lemon juice, vanilla, and eggs.
Slowly add melted butter to this mixture. This can be done in a food processor.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Pour into loaf pan and bake at 325° F for 45+ minutes, or till cooked through.
Cool for 10 minutes and then turn out and cool on wire rack.
Mix lemon juice and icing sugar until a pouring consistency is reached. Glaze while cake is still warm.
Alternatively, use the other pound cake recipe, and add the same amount of lemon zest to it.
