Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine sugar and zest, then add lemon juice, vanilla, and eggs. Slowly add melted butter to this mixture. This can be done in a food processor. Combine with dry ingredients. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 325 for 45+ minutes, or till cooked through. Cool for 10 minutes and then turn out and cool on wire rack. Glaze with lemon juice and icing sugar mix. Use other pound cake recipe, and add the same amount of lemon zest to it.
