Beat sugar and margarine till sandy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and other ingredients. Beat one minute. Pour into three 8-inch rounds. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 C. Ice with Molasses Butter Cream. (Mix on high: 1 c butter and 1 8-ounce cream cheese. Beat in 16-ounce icing sugar and ¼ c molasses. Beat till spreading consistency is reached. Cake must be refrigerated.)
