White Bread

Ingredients

  • • 1/8 c yeast
  • • 2 c warm water
  • • 3 t sugar
  • • 2 t salt
  • • 2 T oil
  • • 8 c flour (start with seven)

Instructions

Mix yeast, water and sugar. Add rest and knead well. Leave to rise 1 hour and knead again. Form into 2 loaves or rolls. leave to rise I hour and bake at 180 C for about an hour. Kneading is the secret of bread.
