Ingredients
- 4 T flour
- 2 eggs
- ¼ t salt
- 1 c milk
Instructions
Beat together all ingredients and leave to stand for an hour in the fridge.
Pour into greased muffin tins. Cook in a very hot oven till well risen, crisp and golden.
For Toad in the Hole, pour over hot sausages in a casserole dish and bake till done.
