Ingredients

1 c almidon (mandioca flour)
•
3 c grated cheese
•
1 t baking powder
•
1 egg
•
Milk, if needed
•
1 t salt (less if the cheese is very salty)
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients then add egg and cheese. Mix till if forms a malleable dough. Add milk if it is too dry and crumbly. Form balls about 3-4 cm in diameter, punching a small indent into the underside before placing on a greased baking try. Bake at 350° F for about 20 minutes, or till they are dry and turning golden in color. Do not brown.
Serve hot with coffee. Serve hot with anything! Or nothing!
