Instructions
Mix dry ingredients then add egg and cheese. Mix till if forms a malleable dough. Add milk if it is too dry. Form balls about 3-4 cm in diameter, punching a small indent into the underside before placing on a greased baking try. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, or till they are dry and turning in color. Do not brown. Serve hot with coffee.
