Spoon Bread

Ingredients

  • • 2 c milk
  • • ½ c corn meal
  • • ½ t salt
  • • 2 T margarine
  • • 2 eggs

Instructions

In a pot, mix milk, meal, salt and boil, stirring all the time. Remove from heat and stir in margarine and eggs. Pour into greased oven-proof dish and bake uncovered at 180 for 30 - 35 minutes - till golden brown and firm. Serve with extra butter.
