Ingredients

  • • 12 ears of fresh corn, cut from the cob
  • • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • • ½ T salt
  • • 3 eggs
  • • 300g cheese, diced
  • • 1 c milk

Instructions

In a liquidizer, blend corn, milk, onion, and eggs. Add salt and mix well. Stir in the cheese and pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 330° to 350° F for about an hour, till cooked and golden.
