A typical Paraguayan savory cooked-from-fresh corn dish served as a side. Oozing with cheese is always better, of course!
In a liquidizer, blend corn, milk, onion, and eggs.
Add salt and mix well.
Stir in the cheese and pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Bake at 330°F to 350°F for about an hour, till cooked and golden.
