Spicy Pork Skewers

Ingredients

  • 750 g pork
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 T cumin
  • 2 t coroner
  • 2 t paprika
  • 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 T fresh oregano
  • 1/2 c olive oil

Instructions

Cut pork into cubes.

Combine other ingredients and add pork. Leave overnight or at least a few hours.

Thread pork onto skewers.

Cook on hot griddle or on grill.

Serve with Spanish Rice recipe.
