Heat pork.
Boil potatoes till tender, then mash with cream cheese, butter, green onions and 8 oz of shredded cheese.
Grease a 9 X 13 casserole and use potato to make a base.
Top with BBQ and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Place in a 400°F oven for about 10 minutes, or till cheese is melted. Top with additional green onions.
