Sautéed Asparagus and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 8 oz cremini (or other) mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • seasoning

Instructions

Trim asparagus and chop into 1 1/2 inch pieces.

Heat oil and add mushrooms. Cook until just tender - 5 minutes.

Stir in asparagus and cook for 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook one minute more.

Season and serve.
