Humintas al Horno

Recipe by Toni de Dorado, Bolivia

Ingredients

  • 1 T butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 ears fresh corn
  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t aniseed
  • 1/2 t salt
  • sliced cheese (white would be typical)

Instructions

Liquidize all ingredients besides cheese.

Pour into greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Layer top with cheese slices, and cook till firm but not dry.
