Pecan Pie

Nikki's favorite pie!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c corn syrup
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 1/3 c melted butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 ¼ c pecan halves
  • Pastry lined pie plate

Instructions

Mix eggs, sugar, syrup and butter. Add vanilla.

Stir in pecans and pour into pie plate.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes with edges covered and another 25 minutes uncovered. Knife should come out clean.

Cool before eating.
