Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c corn syrup
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 1/3 c melted butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 ¼ c pecan halves
  • Pastry lined pie plate

Instructions

Mix eggs, sugar, syrup and butter. Add vanilla. Stir in pecans and pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes with edges covered and another 25 minutes uncovered. Knife should come out clean.
