Nasi Goreng

Ingredients

  • 500g mince, cubed chicken, pork, shrimps

Rice:

  • 4 c rice, cooked without salt (1 -1 ½ c dry)
  • 6 T oil
  • ½ t pepper
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t coriander
  • dash Tabasco
  • 1 t cumin
  • 1 t turmeric
  • 2 ½ t salt

Omelet topping:

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ t salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Sauté meat.

Add rice and spices and sauté 10 minutes longer.

Beat the eggs and seasoning.

Fry omelets, slice up and serve on top of the rice mixture.

Garnish with radish, parsley and cucumber.
