Cook ground beef and sausage in a large frying pan over medium-high. Mix together the marinara sauce, water, basil and salt. Mix the ricotta and eggs together. In a 9x13 dish, alternatively arrange lasagna noodles, beef mixture, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cover and place in fridge overnight. Remove from fridge before cooking. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
