Fry and brown chicken pieces. Mix sauce together and cook till it thickens. To fry: Add sauce to pan and cook 15 minutes. Add pineapple and green pepper rings and cook for 10 minutes more, covered. To Bake: Place chicken and sauce in casserole dish. Bake at 180 C for 25 minutes. Add pineapple and green pepper. Cook for 20 minutes longer. Serve with rice or mashed potato.
