Spinach Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients

  • β€’ 1 15 ounce can artichokes, drained and chopped roughly
  • β€’ 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • β€’ ΒΎ c grated parmesan cheese
  • β€’ ΒΎ c mayonnaise (or a mix of mayo and sour cream)
  • β€’ Β½ t black pepper
  • β€’ ΒΌ t garlic powder
  • β€’ 6 chicken breasts (use split breasts or tenders so it doesn't dry out)

Instructions

Stir together all but chicken. Arrange chicken on a foil lined 10x15 baking pan with and coat with spray. Evenly divide the mix between the chicken pieces. bake at 375Β° for 35-40 minutes.
