β’1 15 ounce can artichokes, drained and chopped roughly
β’10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
β’ΒΎ c grated parmesan cheese
β’ΒΎ c mayonnaise (or a mix of mayo and sour cream)
β’Β½ t black pepper
β’ΒΌ t garlic powder
β’6 chicken breasts (use split breasts or tenders so it doesn't dry out)
Instructions
Stir together all but chicken. Arrange chicken on a foil lined 10x15 baking pan with and coat with spray. Evenly divide the mix between the chicken pieces. bake at 375Β° for 35-40 minutes.
