Cold Curried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 chickens, boiled and deboned
  • ½ c honey
  • 3 T chutney
  • 3 T curry powder
  • 1 c white wine
  • 2 2/5 c mayo

Instructions

Simmer honey, chutney, curry and ½ c wine for 20 minutes. Stir in rest of wine and mayo. Add cold chicken. Serve cold with cold rice. Keeps very well.
