Deep Fry Batter

Ingredients

  • • 1 cup flour
  • • 1 t baking powder
  • • ½ cup corn starch
  • • 1 cup water
  • • 2 t salt
  • • 1 t sugar
  • • 1 t oil
  • • 2 lb. fish

Instructions

Mix batter ingredients together. Dry fish well (dip in flour) and then dip in batter. Deep fry in hot oil.
