A South African staple at a Fair. Typically served with cinnamon-sugar and lemon.
Beat eggs and half the milk and water. Add to dry ingredients and beat well. Add rest of milk/water and oil.
Leave to stand in fridge a few hours.
Fry thin amounts of batter in a hot skillet. Turn and cook till done.
Serves 5-6 people if it is for a meal.
Can be filled with a tomato smoor, or any savory or sweet option.
