Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • • 1 ½ c flour
  • • 1 ¼ c sugar
  • • 2/3 c oil
  • • 2/3 c water
  • • ½ c cocoa
  • • 1 t salt
  • • 1 t bicarbonate of soda
  • • 1 t baking powder
  • • 2 eggs
  • • 1/3 c milk
  • • 1 t vanilla

Instructions

Mix flour through bicarbonate of soda. Add baking powder, then eggs. Add milk and vanilla. Bake at 180 C for 25 - 30 minutes.
