1 egg white
•
50 g fine sugar
Instructions
Beat egg till stiff. Gradually add sugar, being sure the sugar dissolves before adding more. Pipe or spoon mixture onto a tray, and bake 100 C for 2 - 3 hours. Store in an airtight container.
