Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • 500g grated cheese
  • 3 T corn flour
  • 1ml nutmeg
  • 1ml pepper
  • 2ml mustard
  • 1 c white wine (or half water)
  • 1 T lemon
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

Mix cheese through mustard together. Heat liquids and garlic in the pot. Gradually add cheese, mixing well all the time. Serve with chunks of bread, pickled onions, gherkins, olives, mixed vegetable pieces. Viennas can also be dipped in the cheese. (Serves 4)
