Blue Cheese Crust

A tangy, tasty topping for beef or a burger. Also good on salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c white wine
  • 1 c cream
  • 1 c blue cheese (115 g)
  • 1 T capers

Instructions

Heat wine and cook to reduce to half, about 5 minutes.

Add cream and cheese, stir till melted.

Add capers.

Simmer till sauce thickens.
