Boerewors

Ingredients

  • 2 kg beef, coarsely chopped
  • 2 kg pork, coarsely chopped
  • ½ kg pork lard, coarsely chopped
  • 2 T salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • <¼ c coriander
  • 2 ml nutmeg
  • 1 ml ground cloves
  • 2 ml thyme
  • 2 ml allspice
  • ½ c vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ¼ c Worchester sauce

Instructions

Mix all spices. Combine all ingredients and grind together, somewhat coarsely. Fill sausage skins.
