Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
•
½ c butter
•
3 yolks, lightly beaten
•
2 t lemon juice
•
¼ t salt
•
pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
Melt butter. Place other ingredients in blender, switch on and off. Then place on high and pour butter slowly through small opening in the lid. Keep warm over hot water.
