Blueberry filling:
Peach filling:
Cut butter into dry ingredients.
Add water. Roll out and cover bottom.
Fill with pie filling, and then cover and seal.
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes (first 25 covered).
Leave pie to cool completely before cutting.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
Apple filling: Combine sliced apples, sugar, flour and Cinnamon if desired.
Blueberry filling: Combine blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
Peach filling: Combine peaches, sugar and flour.
