Bake as bread or as muffins, to serve with Chili.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into greased loaf tin and bake 20 - 25 minutes at 230° F.
For muffins, bake 15 - 20 minutes.
For pancakes, fry spoonfuls as you would pancakes.
Two batches make a 9 x 13 tray.
Goes well with Chili or soup, or needs lots of butter or gravy!
