Corn Bread

20 -25 minutes

Ingredients

  • • 1 c flour
  • • 1 c corn meal
  • • 2 T sugar
  • • 4 t baking powder
  • • 1 t salt
  • • 2 eggs
  • • 1 c milk
  • • ¼ c oil

Instructions

Mix till smooth. Pour into loaf tin and bake 20 -25 minutes at 230. For muffins, bake 15 - 20 minutes. For pancakes, fry spoonfuls. Two batches make a 9 x 13 tray. Needs lots of gravy!
