Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients

  • • 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • • ¼ c butter
  • • 2 t shortening
  • • 3 c mini marshmallows
  • • ½ c chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

Line an 8 inch pan with foil. Melt chips with butter and shortening. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and nuts. pour into pan, cool, and keep in the fridge.
