A yummy sheet cake to serve with custard or cream/ice cream.
Cake:
Sauce:
Mix juice from fruit, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased tray, a large one!
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, or till it comes loose from the sides.
Meanwhile, cook sauce ingredients gently for 5 minutes.
Prick all over with a fork and pour over the sauce.
Serve hot or cold, with custard, cream or ice cream.
