Ingredients
•
2-3 garlic cloves, sliced 6 T tahini
•
handful fresh parsley 6 T fresh lemon juice
•
2 scallions, roughly chopped ¾ to 1 t salt
•
3 c cooked chickpeas (2 cans, drained) optional: cayenne and cumin, to taste
Instructions
Blend garlic, parsley and scallions. Add chick peas, tahini, lemon and salt. Puree well together. Season to taste. Chill. Use as a dip or sandwich spread.
