Ingredients

  • 5 - 6 c old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw nuts (generally use almonds or pecans)
  • 1/2 to 1 c mixed raw seeds
  • 2 t cinnamon (optional - I do not use)
  • 1/2 c maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 T vanilla (optional - I do not use)

You need 1 c of liquid - use a mixture syrup, honey, applesauce, olive oil.

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well.

Pour into parchment paper on baking sheets.

Bake at 300°F for 40 minutes.

Stir after 20 minutes.

Serving size 1/2 cup, 250 calories
