Fudge Icing
A hard, sugary icing that goes well on spice cake or sheet cake.

Ingredients
- 3/5 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/3 c milk
- 2 c icing sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t boiling water
Instructions
Heat sugar, butter and milk in a pot, gently boiling for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.
Add the boiling water if it is too thick.
Add vanilla. Beat in icing sugar.
