Coffee Cake

Cake:

• 2 eggs
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c milk
• 4 T melted butter
• 2 c flour
• 1 t salt
• 4 t baking powder

Spinkle:

• 1 T flour
• 1 t cinnamon
• ¼ c brown sugar
• 1 T melted butter
• ½ c nuts (optional)

Glaze:

• 1 c icing sugar
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 T melted butter
• 3 - 4 T milk

Prepare Sprinkle before mixing cake. Mixture should make a crumbly texture that holds together lightly.

Mix cake ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13 pan.

Top with Sprinkle.

Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes.

Prepare Glaze.

Pour Glaze over warm cake.

Recipe can be baked as muffins.
