Fettuccine Verde

Ingredients

  • 1 bag fettuccine
  • 6 T butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 c cream
  • ½ c parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
  • Vegetables, cooked with fettuccine (peas, carrots, broccoli, etc.)

Instructions

Cook chicken. Cook noodles and vegetables and drain. Heat butter, cook garlic and onion, then add chicken. Add cream and boil till it thickens. Add cheese. Mix everything together, season and serve.
