Curried Eggs

Ingredients

  • • 8 hardboiled eggs
  • • 1/8 c margarine
  • • 100g peanuts
  • • 100g raisins
  • • 1 - 2 T curry powder
  • • 1 ½ T flour
  • • 2 1/3 c milk

Instructions

Heat margarine. Stir in nuts, raisins and curry. Cook two minutes. Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat to stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring till thick and smooth. Serve over rice and eggs.
