Baked Eggs

Ingredients

  • ¼ c butter
  • ¼ c flour
  • ½ t salt
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 c grated cheese
  • eggs (mixture is good for 8 eggs)

Instructions

Melt margarine. Cook in flour and salt. Stir in milk.

When cooked to a thick paste, add cheese.

Pour into oven proof dish.

Break eggs into holes in the mixture.

Bake at 350°F till eggs are cooked.

Serve on warm toast.
